The FRAJLE is an all-female acoustic band from Novi Sad, Serbia. In summer 2009, four band members Marija Mirkovic, Natasa Mihajlovic, Jelena and Nevena Buca have decided to unite forces, magnificent vocals and their musical talent, which resulted in them becoming hugely successful in less than a year. Measures of their success so far include over 500,000 YouTube views, thousands of loyal fans including a number of prominent Serbian artists and public figures. The Frajle have already moved borders of both live cover musical performances in the region and the scene in general.
The band is very active performing in clubs, theatres and concerts halls across the region, as well as on the national television. In summer 2010, the group performed at the Exit Festival (Elektrana Stage). This gig was symbolically called Music R:Evolution and it represented the attempt of The Frajle to transform the Serbian music scene. Except for their extraordinary interpretations, the girls are known for their hairstyles and costumes which are, from one gig to another, designed to match their exquisite tastes, personalities and distinct occasions.
The repertoire of the band includes major pop and rock hits of the past and present times, which The Frajle alter into utterly innovative and unique interpretations that do not leave anyone indifferent.
